I coach people who want space to think, understand themselves better and work out what comes next. Much of my work is with leaders and professionals in education and other purpose-led organisations.
I’m an EMCC Senior Practitioner and coach educator. Education and coaching have run through my whole career, from the classroom and leadership development to coaching senior leaders and now developing other coaches.
In January 2027 I'll lead my first Therapist to Coach (T2C) cohort as Programme Lead, taking over from the programme's founder, Dr Trish Turner, who retires in March 2027. T2C is an EMCC-accredited Senior Practitioner programme for experienced therapists moving into coaching.
